- What should a first enquiry include?
- The material or service, quantity, and destination port or site. That's enough for us to come back with a workable quote.
- Do you supply sample quantities?
- For most minerals, coke and carbon products, yes. Tell us what you're evaluating and we'll confirm what's available as a sample against what only makes sense at container volume.
- Which incoterms do you work with?
- We quote against whichever incoterm fits the buyer's logistics, FOB and CIF most commonly. Let us know your preference and destination port and we'll build the quote around it.
- Can you take on the packaging or civil works alone, without a material order?
- Yes. Wrapping machinery, paper sacks, fabrication and civil works are each available as standalone services.
