Limestone
CaCO₃Flux, filler and clinker feedstock, graded by purity.
Limestone is sedimentary calcium carbonate rock, and few raw materials cross as many industries. It is the flux that forms slag in steelmaking, the base of cement clinker, the feedstock for lime, the reagent in flue-gas desulphurisation, and a soil conditioner in agriculture.
Purity and particle-size grading are what separate a steel-flux shipment from a cement-clinker shipment, and we supply against whichever spec the buyer's process runs on.
