Petroleum coke (green, non-calcined) is the carbon-rich solid left after delayed coking of crude oil residue. It carries a high fixed-carbon content and calorific value, which makes it a dense fuel for cement kilns and power boilers, and the raw input for calcination into anode-grade carbon.
Sulphur and metals content vary with the crude source it was coked from, and we supply against the fixed-carbon and sulphur band a buyer's kiln or calciner is rated for.
